I don’t know about you, but I get a ton of spam every day. Some of it is from companies offering to sell you the secret to search engine success.
What I’ve always wondered is how these companies can state that they are SEO gurus when they must resort to spamming people in order to gain some clients… Wouldn’t it be more productive to just use their superior SEO secrets and rock the search engines? More >

SEO, or search engine optimization, is important. If you have a website that’s been online for any length of time, you probably already know this. It may even be why you found this site.
But even though you know you need it, how exactly are you supposed to go about it? If you read up on SEO, you’ll quickly learn that there are tons of different opinions on the subject. What is important when it comes to SEO will depend on who you read or talk to. Some will say it’s more important to work on the pages themselves, optimizing your code for keyword density, etc. Others will say that it’s nonsense, you should only work on backlinks.
